Guest Safety

Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before check-in: booking deposit is non-refundable (20% of the booking price).
- 14 days before check-in: Partial refund (50% of booking price refunded).
- 7 days or less: No refund
Payment and Confirmation
To confirm the booking, guests pay a booking deposit which is 20% of the overall price. Once the payment is received, the specified stay dates are blocked, and a written confirmation is sent to the guest via SMS or email. The remaining bill must be paid prior or latest during check-in, depending on the agreement.
